Marina opens for local residents

The Hafan team is pleased to announce that we are taking the first tentative steps towards opening up the marina. A Notice to Mariners was issued on 10th June that sets out what is possible and what is not.

The key points from this guidance are that local residents will be allowed to visit the marina and go sailing but you cannot stay on your boat overnight. Shore facilities will also remain be closed.

Gwynedd Council will revise access to the marina following Wales Government announcement on the 18th June 2020.

Safety information
As we slowly welcome berth holders back to the marina it is very important we take steps to protect staff, customers and the community and prevent the transmission of Covid-19.

We have produced guidelines designed to keep boating safe for everyone. The leaflet explains what you need to consider before you arrive at the marina and what measures you can take to safeguard everyone whilst you are here. Compliance with our guidelines is vital to keeping the marina and its services open, safe and enjoyable for all.
