We encourage members to contact the Hafan/Harbour manager initially with any personal or immediate issues and concerns. If issues are not resolved members are encouraged to contact a Committee member to escalate the problem.
An Annual General Meeting (AGM) is held each year. Following the official AGM items we encourage members to inform us of their concerns or discuss changes that have taken place due to the involvement of the PMBHA.
In the past, we have welcomed members of the Maritime Unit of Cyngor Gwynedd to take part in presentations and discussions with Q&A sessions with our members.
We aim to provide a members "Wish List" of developments that the members have suggested for improvements that would benefit users of the harbour/marina. This is discussed with representatives of Cyngor Gwynedd

All Committee members are unpaid volunteers.
The Association has adopted an email system, in addition to the website, to communicate with its members. In order to receive this service it is essential that members provide a current email address to the Secretary. Read here.
