Dear PMBHA members,
I would like to introduce myself as the new chair of the PMPHA committee along with the members of the committee:

We have stepped into our roles in order to keep PMBHA afloat, although several members were on the previous committee and we are grateful for their continued support. We will keep PMBHA going until such time as we can have a face-to-face AGM. I (and my husband Steve, who has taken on the role of treasurer) have been on the marina for 10 years and we have a Finnmaster motor boat called “Sea Mist”.
I would like to take the opportunity to thank the previous committee for the hard work they have put in over many years, particularly the officers who are retiring : Dave Dewsbury, Jan Ranner and Phil Ranner. They have done a fantastic job over the years.
The new committee had a Zoom meeting on Wednesday and intend to meet once a month.
We have contacted Barry Davies and he has agreed to meet with us on ‘Microsoft Teams’ soon and will discuss ongoing marina issues. Our role is to represent the views of marina users and provide a direct communication link to the marina management. We have a number of ideas for making life better on the marina which we will share in the future. We are also in the process of re-vamping the website, which is under maintenance.
We will be sending out regular updates, although at the moment everything is very quiet with winter; Covid! and Christmas.
